Consumable parts & body work such as; tyres, fenders, handlebar grips, reflectors, cables, paint work & any damage deriving from an accident or fall.
Invalidating your warranty:
The opening, disassembly or modification of the product; with non-license or non-original parts or by a non-licensed person will invalidate your warranty.
Damaged Package: If any part of the product is received broken or damaged in the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the seller immediately upon accepting the parcel. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to share with the seller as proof of the damaged goods.
Delivery & Returns: Free UK & Mainland Standard (2-4 working days) Delivery on all electric bikes.
